It is impossible to say without at least photos. But any type of anergy assisted lipo can help avoid loose skin after lipo. Best of luck,Dr. Miguel Mota
You are in control of your body, and no one will make you get a tummy tuck. But even if you really needed one, that is to say you have a lot of excess skin and your muscles are separated, you will still find hundreds of practitioners who will just do liposuction on you, potentially resulting in a nightmare result. The problem is a lack of ethics with so many doctors in this town; their bank account is more important than your result, so telling you 'no' is not likely to happen. You may in fact be a good candidate for something other than a tummy tuck, but I wouldn't know without photos. Either post photos or go on consultations.
It is impossible to give you advise/opinion without photos or in person evaluation. For your information, liposuction and TT are not interchangeable procedures; only on the basis of in person consultation, a board certified plastic surgeon, can advise you what is more appropriate procedure for you. Hope this helps.
There is no comparision from all the other gimmicky lipos under general anesthesia. Tum. local lipo with the micro canulas where you can get stood up and fine tuned right then is by far the safest and best results.
Dear RussianDolls,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
It's difficult to give a recommendation without photos. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. After an examination and discussion of your goals, a personalized recommendation can be given. I've included a video about liposuction that I hope you find helpful.
You did not post photos, so I would recommend meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined, and discussing your options.
We need more information before giving you an accurate suggestion. Photos, height and weight would also help.
The first thing I suggest is that you get an accurate assessment. An assessment is basically an aesthetic diagnosis. understanding the primary ideology of why your abdomen looks the way it does is the first step in deciding treatment options. without including pictures we can’t make an assessment so the best response you’ll probably get is the schedule a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons.Liposuction will only reduce subcutaneous fat and there are a multitude of other variables that can cause an undesirable looking abdomen including skin laxity, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat. None of these other variables are treated by Liposuction. In regards to Liposuction the equipment used is not important what is important is who does the procedure.Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is more difficult than most people believe. To find a skilled and talented provider patients generally need to have multiple in person consultations.Consider posting proper pictures for an assessment that includes your full torso from your shoulders to your knees showing your front, side and back standing in a neutral position wearing under garments. Use the timer on your camera or have someone else take the picture from about 8 feet away.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Based on your photos the best likely solution is liposuction. It is difficult to fully determine and provide accurate recommendations without a physical exam. I would recommend seeing a board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon.
Hi, a mini tummy tuck will be able to correct the sight skin excess / overhang and enable the scar to be revised at the same time.
From your pictures, you do not appear to be a candidate for tummy tuck and that liposuction alone would be your only needed procedure.
Hi Versatile880762 and thank you for your question and photo. Based on the photo you submitted, I would agree with you that this is likely what is known as axillary breast tissue, or breast tissue that is located in the armpit area. Depending on how it feels and how loose your skin is in the...
This is a complicated issue and difficult to fully evaluate with the photo listed. Sometimes there can be excessive liposuction in the superficial fat plane instead of staying in the deep plane where the fat should be removed from. This can create contour irregularities or persistent edema (or...
Hi alexiselsewhere and thank you for your question and submitting your photos. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction. I think that you would benefit from liposuction of your waistline (both front and back). This will help you achieve a more curvy look. This can often be...
