Sometimes I looked cross eyed because my right eye has more skin than the left and there is less white showing. I really hate the skin folds! I have no Asian decent .. So why I have these eyes.. I don't know..
Answer: Wide nasal bridge, telecanthus, epicanthal fold... Even though you are not of Asian descent, your eyelid features are Asian-like: you have a wide, flat nasal bridge, telecanthus [increased distance between the inner corners of your eyes] and epicanthal fold [the fold of skin extending from your upper eyelid to the inner corner of your eyelids. There are surgical procedures that can improve this appearance, from nasal surgery to increase the height of the nasal bridge, to eyelid surgery to decrease the fold of skin between the eyelids. These procedures do involve incisions that are visible [especially the eyelids] so it may not be worth it to you.

As others mentioned, it is not significant whether you are of Asian descent or not, if the problem exists, it can be taken care of. You need an actual consultation with an eyelid specialist to figure out your best option. Good luck.
