Im sick of having these eye vags at the age of 17 nearly 18 they put me down so much what surgery options are there and how much do they cost ?

Your eyelids need to be evaluated by an Oculoplastic Surgeon to determine the appropriate treatment. If the bags are fat bags, this is often inherited. The usual treatment is to remove the fat. Sometimes additional skin tightening is required as well. For less substantial bags, a filler can be placed beneath the problem area. This hides the bag and blends it into the cheek. Each procedure has a different price. All the best.

it is critical to know what causes your lower eyelid bag.  Standard lower eyelid surgery addresses bags that are caused by fat.  However you bag may not be caused by herniated fat.  In some individuals, apparent fullness can be caused by the orbital rim.  For this reason, just knowing the cost of surgery is of no value if surgery is not right.  Getting several opinions by highly qualified oculoplastic surgeons can be very helpful.

Sometimes bagginess under the eyes can be hereditary in nature and can occur without regard to age.  If the bags are due to fat, then surgery can be done to improve this issue. The cost will vary by surgeon so you may want to get more than one quote for cost.
