How to correct large eyelid space? (photo)

Hi there, I am in my early 20's and have always had a large amount of eyelid space. The skin on my eyelid is wrinkly and is droopy. I'm not really interested in any fillers as they are temporary. I am concerned that a blepharoplasty would create an unnatural wide eye look - I have done some research on before and after pictures and have notices that a lot of times people end up with the "surprised eye" type of look. Any advice would help, thank you!

Please post a photo for best response. In general, droopy eyelids (ptosis) can make the eyes appear smaller. If that is the case, ptosis surgery would help. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation.

You likely have a dry eye.  But there can be any number of reasons for this irritation.  However, you need to get advise from your actual doctor.  This is who knows you best and will know what was done at surgery that might account for the eye irritation.
