How can I get rid of a very large Mons Pubis?

I have always had a very large Mons Pubis. I hate it. I'm playing girls football in 2 days and I'd like to know how to cover it up. Our uniform bottoms are spandex so it will REALLY show through. Please help! Everyone will think its gross. I'm only 14 so PLEASE HELP ME. No liposuction stuff either

Occasionally the Mons can harbor excess of fat. This can be treated with liposuction fairly easily often with local anesthesia only.

I agree with Dr. Morgan. Your options with you either liposuction which would not be my first choice for you or significant weight loss . Please have a discussion about this with your parents and your family practitioner to see if there any weight reduction strategies that would be healthy and beneficial.

Usually this problem can be solved with Liposuction in the area, for mostly  the main component is fat.Is a simple and easy procedure, but are your age you need to get your parents permission.Rest assure is something that can be corrected.

I approach this problem the same way I approach breast reduction.  If you have stopped growing and are at a healthy and stable weight, I would consider doing a mons reduction.  Some women just carry a lot of fat in the area and it can make for a lot of embarrassment and difficulty with clothing.  Reduction usually involves both skin excision and fat removal with liposuction.  The scar is usually limited to the area just above the pubic hair line.  Please see my blog for more information.
