What is strawberry liposuction?

Question

what is the difference between strawberry liposuction any other liposuction? Are the results from the strawberry liposuction worth the process and if there's any long term benefits and is it safe? I want more work on my legs,upper and lower adominal and arms, would the strawberry liposuction be beneficial?

I have no idea what you're talking about. All liposuction involves negative pressure to remove unwanted fat. When you get an answer to this I would be interested to see what it's all about.

Unfortunately, using “liposuction” in the name is amisnomer. It appears to be another external laser treatment, conducted over anumber of sessions, and is not permanent. Liposuction is a permanent fatremoval process. The confusion here stems from the fact that the strawberry device is in the family of "low level laser therapy" like the Zerona and is absolutely in no way related to liposuction. The problem with these devices is that even if they do have effects on fat cells, it is likely impossible that the energy is actually able to reach the fat. Every low level laser therapy proponent quotes a study where fat cells where emptied in response to this energy. However, this was performed on fat cells in a test tube medium. In human beings, that laser beam would have to penetrate several centimeters, which is HIGHLY improbable. I recommend staying away from anything claiming to eradicate fat in "minutes." I can't even do that for my liposuction patients.

First of all thank you for your question.  What is the Difference between the Strawberry Liposuction and other  Liposuction? The Strawberry Liposuction procedure is a cold red laser, the red laser beams penetrate the skin just deep enough to reach the layers of fat.  The fat cells are undamaged; but due to the reaction of the laser light on the cell it will empty the contents. The contents consist of Water, Glycerol and free fatty acids. Following a treatment, the Glycerol is rapidly absorbed by the body. The water carries the free fatty acids, through the lymphatic system, through the kidneys and are then passed out of the body in your urine.  If you maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine then you may have longer results.  If you do not exercise and eat a healthy diet you will put the weight back on.  Traditional Liposuction with the use of tumescent is the surgical removal of localized or regional excess fatty tissues and can permanently reshape body contours. This does require incisions in or near the area to be suctioned. However, Liposuction is not a treatment for obesity or a substitute for proper diet and exercise.  As always, I do recommend that you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to answer all your questions and concerns about the procedure you are interested in and the results you are hoping to obtain. It is a proprietary system, used mostly in England that has no liposuction. It is a laser that supposedly melts the fat through the skin. So far the reviews are primarily quite negative to the point of the patients feeling there was zero benefit.
