However, generally speaking there are many options to make the face look more sleek.-Typically small canula liposcution can be used to remove the unwanted fat but it needs to be done very carefully.-Botox treatment can help with the contour of the jaw but you need frequent injections early on. facial liposuction can be performed to change the shape of the lower and mid face. sometimes such procedures are combined with a chin implant. it would be better to have your facial proportions measured by the surgeon who will be doing the procedures for you and see exactly what needs to be sculpted.
