I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting. For the neck and chin Kybella is a simple and permanent way to remove fat.  This simple office procedure generally requires several treatments to achieve desired results.  For the lower lip incompetence this may be due to underlying skeletal issues and I would first suggest consultation with an oral surgeon who may do cephalometric analysis

before deciding on any treatment a correct diagnosis should be made first. In your case you’re fat distribution is normal. Your aesthetic appearance of your face is based on your underlying skeletal structures. In your case your mandible or jaw is slightly smaller and lacks projection giving you your particular look. Any attempt at volume manipulation with liposuction or fillers will most likely give mediocre results. A more definitive and correct approach would be addressing your skeletal imbalance.
