With rhinoplasty your nose can be more symmetrical and have elegant curve. I highly recommend you rhinoplasty for this reasons. Please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. In my professional opinion, the nostril asymmetry is one of the most difficult deformities to be addressed in rhinoplasty field, because of soft tissue limitations. Consequently rhinoplasty surgery can help to improve the nostrils however, 100% symmetry is not achievable. While it is possible to improve the symmetry of a nostril, it's not as predictable as, for example, lowering a bump on the bridge, so it's usually done at the same time as a more comprehensive rhinoplasty. So if you are considering surgery, look over your nose to see everything that you might want to change, and have those changes, including the nostril, as the goal. For example, lowering the bump on the bridge, elevating the tip a bit, bringing the tip and nose back closer to the face, narrowing the tip could all be done at the same time.
How *much* to elevate the tip, or deproject the nose, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.)

Remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. From your photos, I note facial asymmetry. Your nasal alar bases are at different "altitudes", and the higher nostril is associated with a deformity of nostril shape. You appear to demonstrate an amorphous bulbous nasal tip. In addition, your nasal bridge is strong and straight but is slightly high at its middle 1/3.
Complete symmetry will not be achieved (as there is a lack of tissue), but can be improved with a tip rhinoplasty to improve tip definition and lowering of the higher nostril sill. The nasal bridge can also be lowered if desired with a full rhinoplasty.
