Surgery must be based on the concerns and expectations of each patient, always adhering to the standards of a harmonious and aesthetic nose.In your case I just see a front view picture, tip and nose width could improves but it seems you have a low dorsum, probably you may benefit with a dorsum augmentation. Anyway I'd like to see a profile view picture in order to give you a better opinion.
