Bump on the side of my nose - will it go away or will I need a revision?

Hi. I had an open rhinoplasty 9 months ago. I'm a 37 year old female (white background) with a thick skin. I'm worried about the visible bump on the right side of my nose. My surgeon says that it is a lower lateral cartilage that is prominent on right side. I did not have this before my surgery, so I'm wondering will it go away or will I need a revision?
