This of course would need to be verified using measurements in the office during a consultation. Oftentimes patients get just implants and other times they get implants and combine these with other procedures on the breast. Depending on your goals/wishes this will determine what's best for you. Implants are a great solution to restore loss of volume, especially when you have an acceptable nipple position. Using a higher profile implant will have a greater effect on volume lost in the upper portions of the breast. This could be combined with fat grafting in a hybrid augmentation to customize your results.
