29, healthy, no kids. 5' 5", 104 lbs. Had fairly large breasts the majority of my life, recently went through a very quick loss of volume, looking to regain a natural and full shape. Curious if an implant alone would give a natural and pleasing outcome.

The ideal answer would come from a physical exam in which your surgeon uses exact measurements to determine if you need more than an implant (a lift as well). I would recommend seeing a board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon with aesthetic surgery training/experience who can perform a full exam and provide safe recommendations.
