Based on this single photo, it is possible that an implant alone would work. The ideal answer would come from a physical exam in which your surgeon uses exact measurements to determine if you need more than an implant (a lift as well). Oftentimes patients get just implants and other times they get implants and combine these with other procedures on the breast. Depending on your goals/wishes this will determine what's best for you. Implants are a great solution to restore loss of volume, especially when you have an acceptable nipple position. Using a higher profile implant will have a greater effect on volume lost in the upper portions of the breast. This could be combined with fat grafting in a hybrid augmentation to customize your results.
