I’m thinking about to get a breast augmentation done soon My cardiologist prescribed metoprolol to me because I have fast hearts beats (arrhythmia)which come and go but since I’m on the medication they don’t come as often as they used to be ?he said the only reason he might be concerned is when I wake up from anesthesia and my heart start to beat fast :(

Yes it is absolutely okay to take metoprolol for your breast augmentation surgery as long as you are cleared by your cardiologist beforehand.
