Can I have plastic surgery while I’m on metoprolol? Arrhythmia

As long as your arrhythmia is controled under medication, and your doctor or cardiologist says it's safe you can have BA. The plastic surgeon and anesthesiologist should know about this issue prior to surgery.

It will increase your confidence, your self esteem, your sense of femininity and will make shopping fun...   But, the surgery has to be safe. So obtain you clearance for surgery from your cardiologist and it will be in your best interest to have the surgery done in the hospital , in case that your arrhythmia  gets out of hand , requiring cardiologist on the premise.   You have to realize though, that not all results are the same , because experience, technical skills and aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. As long as they have fully worked things up and are comfortable with you having a one hour surgery, then there is no problem.
