These picture are taken from above, so tough to tell. But you probably have a little scleral show that you were born with. Many people have this so it can be normal. As long as someone isn't having a dry eye or other eye irritation from the low position of the lid, we would usually do nothing. If it bothers you cosmetically, you can have the eyelid moved up but it may change the overall shape of your eye.
Visualization of the white-of-your-eyes, below your lower lash-line is called scleral show, and this can be an unwanted sequel of lower eyelid blepharoplasty surgery. Sometimes it's just the way you were born. You may have scleral show, but is also may be from he angle of the photo because your head looks a bit down and that could cause your photo to appear as it does.
The photo is not straight. It appears as if the camera angle is above and you are looking up. Often, a small amount of scleral show is normal --- but I think that the appearance is photographic and not real. It does not appear as if any surgery is needed or would be useful.
The position of your lower eyelid can be repositioned with surgery so that the margin is closer to the lower aspect of your iris. If this is corrected, you may want to consider levator advancement surgery, as well, to elevate the margin of you upper eyelid so that it sits higher on the iris. I suspect you have body dysmorphic disorder. This is a psychological condition that does benefit from help provided by a psychotherapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. If you spend more than an hour a day thinking about these issues, avoid dating because you think or are convinced...
