I suspect you have body dysmorphic disorder.  This is a psychological condition that does benefit from help provided by a psychotherapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist.  If you spend more than an hour a day thinking about these issues, avoid dating because you think or are convinced that people are making jokes about your appearance, or avoid other social and work situation over similar concerns, these are all symptoms.  Only a mental heath professional can make the diagnosis after assessing you.  If you feel that there might be something to this, I encourage you to seek help.Regarding the photo of Megan Fox and your picture, the big difference here is that she has better eyebrow shaping than you and more make up.  This can easily be remedied with a good brow service and $30 worth of eye make-up.
