I have small eyes but there not very attractive.. I always look tired because they droop down.. Can I have surgery to have them like megan fox shape? Almond shape and lift the corner

Enlarged seborrheic glands can be treated at the same time as blepharoplasty.  Intermittent inflammation will need to be treated by your dermatologist.

The levator aponeurosis is the tendon of the muscle that raises the upper eyelids.  Over time this tendon tends to give in almost all of us.  For some this happens sooner than others.  As the tendon gives, the anterior orbital fat is pulled upward into the orbit with the tendon....

These are totally normal at 10 days.  They will go away in time.  You are healing nicely so no worries.
