What can I do to get rid of eyelid folds without surgery? (Photo)

Question

Somebody told me that the best way to get rid my problem is either Blepharoplasty or eyebrow lift . The thing is I'm only 20 years old and I don't want to fix my face until I'm older. Is there any cream I can use to solve this? What other options do I have?

Excess skin that is causing the eyelid folds can only be safely and effectively removed with surgery.

These can be improved with radiofrequency or nonablative lasers with fillers.  I suggest seeing a dermatologist or surgeon with experience.  PRP is sometimes useful as well, but my suggestion is to try and noninvasive approach if you can get improvements that will make you happy without surgery.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The fold on the upper lid is the product of excess skin.  It is easily removed even with local anesthesia.  I am unaware of any other solution.

No creams or fillers will do better than a very small upper lid blepharoplasty of skin. You may want to consider a higher lid fold procedure with removal of upper lid fat and 6-0 clear nylon sutures to sculpture your superior sulcus.
