Hi the unevenness you see after liposuction is very common. Bodytite and similar treatments can help tighten the skin but the unevenness you have is from uneven distribution of the fat that was left behind. The best way to fix this is to have high definition liposuction to remove more of the remaining fat evenly. This is best done by someone who is experienced in doing this using a Vaser device to smooth out the fat before removing it. 

Thank you for your questions and photo. The Body Tite system uses radiofrequency to shrink wrap tissues by stimulating collagen production. It works well to tighten tissues and skin but wont help unevenness left from liposuction. Usually this is caused from scar tissue and pockets of fat. This is best fixed by smoothing out the fat and disrupting the scar tissue bands. In our office, we commonly do this procedure under local anesthesia right in the office. Patients are comfortable and recover well. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon.
