Should I go for BodyTite for my revision lipo to address dents, cellulite and laxity? (Photo)

You appear to be a candidate for revision liposuction. I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting. Hello, and thank you for your question. The BodyTite procedure is worth considering forrevision lipo to address dents, cellulite and laxity. Cellulite patients tend to have a morevertically oriented fibroseptal network anatomy and, over many years there is a contraction ofmany of the vertically oriented fibroseptal bands and swelling of the superficial fat which leads tothe pits and nodules characteristic of more advanced cellulite. Excellent long term results canbe achieved with a single BodyTite treatment with up to 50–70% reduction which can last formany years. BodyTite is a Radiofrequency- Assisted Liposuction technology that offerssuperior performance compared with other methods of liposuction due to increased skintightening and mild operation resulting in higher safety, patient tolerance, and rapidrecovery.

Liposuction with fat grafting to the dimple areas on thighs and buttocks can help the appearance in this case.  There are several ways to address
cellulite depending upon depth of cellulite, location, elasticity of
overall skin envelope, and subcutaneous fat layer.  There is no
uniformly successful method for treating it.  My practice is now using
BodyFX, a non-invasive procedure, that requires no down time to reduce
the appearance of cellulite. 
The procedure combines different
clinically proven modalities (radio frequency energy, deep tissue
heating and suction coupled negative pressure) to distribute heat to the

I would definitely not have bodytite procedure in your condition. What you need to do is to find yourself a plastic surgeon who is experienced in liposuction and fat grafting. with properly done liposuction using micro cannulas fat can be harvested and placed into the areas where the indents have been formed from your prior surgery. this should result in natural, scarless in permanent correction.
