No question is silly! It is absolutely safe to breastfeed a year after having the procedure done. The only issue you may have is altering the results of the procedure due to the stretching of the skin from pregnancy and breastfeeding

BodyTite uses radiofrequency to stimulate collagen and tighten tissues.  The procedure should not affect your ability to breastfeed and you should be able to safely breastfeed at this time.

For a minimally invasive procedure to shrink tissues and in this case tightens the breast skin envelope ("breast lift") BreastTite and ThermiTIGHT and limited but terrific options!The heating probe is place under the skin, maintaining a cushion of fat and not stimulating the breast tissue. It should be safe to breast feed after breast Bodytite. The device heats the skin and causes an inflammatory reaction which causes tightening. The breast gland should not be affected
