I read that breast cancer survivors should not use hyaluronic acid because it promotes cancer cell growth. Am I in danger?

I read that breast cancer survivors should not take hylaronic acid never because it promotes cancer cells to grow that means Restylane should not be allowed for breast cancer survivors. Please help on this. i have also started to use Cleo by Daniva and also has hylatonic acid. Am I in great danger of growing cancer ? Thank you !
