Cost for Restylane and other fillers will vary based on location, experience of provider, etc. I have never had to use 4cc's of any filler to correct tear trough deformities and dark circles under the eyes. Most of the time 1cc is enough. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician provider. Best wishes.
Hi @carla20162016. I would not recommend 4cc of Restylane in the tear trough. I typically use 1 cc to inject this area. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
Hi and thank you for your questoin carlal20162016. 4cc of Restylane is a lot to inject in the tear trough. Typically, I use 1 cc or less to inject in this area. Best of luck!
I have been filling tear troughs successfully for over a decade, and have never needed 4cc of any filler. As well, the cost will be based on various factors, including the expertise of your injector. The tear trough area is by far the hardest and most complex to inject, so I wouldn't go for "a deal" at the expense of your health & safety & appearance. Best to have a filler/tear trough expert, e.g. a dermatologist, to assess you for optimal results and safety, and an honest quote for cost and what is truly needed in your case.

Hi @Jayboo123. I'm sorry you are dealing with these complications. The dermal filler was likely not placed in the proper tissue plane. Most facial filler products that are injected into this area should ideally be placed in the tissue plane directly on top of the bone, or at least underneath the...
Swelling and discomfort is a normal response after injections. This could go away in about a week, but sometimes can last a bit longer. Hopefully you have some improvement soon! Thank you
Hi @Lachwartz! I'm sorry you have to deal with this before your sister wedding. I recommend dissolving the product with Hyaluronidase after your big event. Best of luck, Dr. NIma!
Hi @bcerva62. Restylane and Juvederm are great fillers for the Marionette lines. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Best of luck, Dr. Nima.
Hi @SpritelyBadger! I recommend dissolving the filler with Hyaluronidase. Always seek treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
