As I carefully examine your image, it looks as if you would be an excellent candidate for a facelift, neck lift, as well as a lip-lift procedure. These procedures can be done at the same time if you have been medical cleared by your primary-care physician. Your recovery time will overlap for each procedure, and will save you reduced cost in operating-room and surgical fees.  Some surgeons will add voluminous amounts of filler to the lips rather than performing the lip-lift procedure, but in your case, only a very small amount of filler would look natural on you, which is why the lip-lift would be recommended. For best results, please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with a wealth of knowledge and experience with facelifting surgery.
