Can I get rhinoplasty surgery if I have low white blood cell count?

pricentx
I've been looking into getting rhinoplasty and possibly lower blepharoplasty surgery, I have two consultations in the next month but I'm unsure if my bloods will be a problem. I saw my gp in March 2023 where he ordered some blood tests, my white cell count and neutrophil count was a little low so he's had me repeat them every few months since then and they've all been around the same level, I've also had other tests to rule out anything sinister. Gp doesn't see a problem with me getting surgery.
