I had rhinoplasty about a year ago. I'm mostly satisfied – she removed the hump, fixed the crookedness, debulked the tip, repaired the septum, & lifted the tip. But I requested a round tip and it looks pointy from the side. And even though my bridge was deprojected, I think she left my tip overly projected. I like the front view, but the shape of the side profile not so much. She says this is just swelling since I have thick skin. Could filler help? Or do I need to discuss a revision?

Hello!Thank you for your question.
As far as I can understand from your question There is sagging at the tip of your nose and at the same time there is a hump on the back of your nose for this, the most permanent and safe method I recommend to you will be rhinoplasty surgery.
It would be better...
Hi, It is better for you to consult with your facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on examination. below 1%, it is like 1 in 250k or less.
Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can understand from your question If you can send us your photos from the front and side profile at 95 degree angles in better light, we can make a more accurate evaluation.
It would be better face to face consultation.
Best Regards!
