You can undergo a rhinoplasty at age 50 as long as you have not underlying medical problems. A rhinoplasty can take care of the dorsal hump, refine the tip and improve the nasal columella angle as well. This takes 2 hour to perform under general anesthesia and costs $7,000.

The area of redness on the tip of the nose does not correspond to typical placement of stitches for contouring the cartilages. It therefore seems unlikely to be related to a low-grade infection at an interval from your surgery.

I suggest discussing this with a dermatologist in case it is an unrelated event.

As far as I can understand from your question There is sagging at the tip of your nose and at the same time there is a hump on the back of your nose for this, the most permanent and safe method I recommend to you will be rhinoplasty surgery.

My rhinoplasty teacher taught me 26 years ago about the youthful benefits of rhinoplasty surgery. Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal appearance with a droopy tip and a dorsal hump. There is no reason to be scared of rhinoplasty in old age as long as you are healthy. I had mine done at age 52. I have attached a link to my own journey below.
The dorsal hump reduction can be easily accomplished and the tip can be lifted with mild grafting at the same time.

A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, lifting the nasal tip, and narrowing the bridge line and refining the nasal tip. Also important to release the depressor septi ligament which dynamically pulls your tip downward when smiling. All of the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose, and there's no painful packing. This procedure is performed under a brief general anesthesia which takes about one hour.
