Over the years my nose has got so much bigger. I hate my profile with a bump and my tip is long. But I'm scared as I'm older. What in your professional opinion is my best option? And priority, tip or bridge? I'm scared to do both.

Answer: If you are healthy, you are not too young for rhinoplasty! My rhinoplasty teacher taught me 26 years ago about the youthful benefits of rhinoplasty surgery. Based on your photos, you appear to have an overprojected nasal appearance with a droopy tip and a dorsal hump.
