So I went to one of the best rhinoplasty surgeons and despite me not liking my result I still believe this... I believe they took off too much of my tip thinking this is what I wanted as we didn't do any morphs and just spoke. It seems like too much of my tip has been taken away and now cartilage is poking up against the tip causing it to look SHINY and weird. I wanted very natural male masculine nose.

Answer: Rhinoplasty I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the results of your rhinoplasty procedure. It's important to communicate with your surgeon if you are unhappy with the outcome of your rhinoplasty. They can evaluate your nose and discuss possible options for correction or revision. Sometimes, minor adjustments can be made to improve the appearance of the nose without the need for further surgery. If revision surgery is necessary, it's essential to choose a qualified and experienced surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty. Revision rhinoplasty is a more complex procedure than primary rhinoplasty, and it requires a surgeon with a high level of skill and expertise. Before undergoing any revision surgery, it's important to have realistic expectations about the outcome. Revision rhinoplasty may not always be able to achieve the exact result you desire, but it can often improve the appearance of the nose and correct any functional issues. In summary, if you are not happy with the results of your rhinoplasty, it's important to communicate with your surgeon and discuss possible options for correction or revision. Choosing a qualified and experienced surgeon is essential for achieving the best possible outcome.

Answer: Tip too Femine Hello, It’s very unfortunate that you’re not happy with your results. But you are correct to feel they took too much cartilage off the tip of your nose, making it look shiny and a bit more feminine then it should. As for revision surgery I would not recommend it only for the fact that it may damage the cartilage completely.
