It’s very unfortunate that you’re not happy with your results. But you are correct to feel they took too much cartilage off the tip of your nose, making it look shiny and a bit more feminine then it should. As for revision surgery I would not recommend it only for the fact that it may damage the cartilage completely.

Hello, thank you for your question. I believe you would be a great candidate for a full C cup as well. You want to be proportioned as much as possible. Since you said you have a small waistline you do not want to look too big on the top. You want to be able to fit nicely in a bikini top with not much weighing you down. Larger breast also make you look much bigger when wearing knits and thicker material clothing keep that in mind.

Hi thanks for your question. It is difficult to say since you didn’t post before photos. If you feel the nostrils are flared that could be addressed in the future with surgery. As far as the nasal tip if you feel too much cartilage was removed or if the tip was modified in a way that you are not happy with then I would speak to your surgeon and discuss possible future options. You should wait at least a year after surgery to allow for healing.

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your photos I would ask are you done having children? If not I would recommend lipo360 with a fat transfer to your buttocks. You are on the smaller petite side so I would say a Slim BBL is what could work for you. A breast lift with NO IMPLANTS is also something we can do. Since most of your volume is at the bottom your breast, a lift can make a great difference with no implants needed.

Hi great question. .and let's be honest. most states like New York only allow 5 liters of fat to be removed during one procedure so we are very limited to how much fat is removed with liposuction. According to your weight and height you are a very high BMI and that too is considered a high risk for surgery. We would recommend local anesthesia and a couple of procedures to achieve your goal of an hour glass figure.

Please do not go down a waterslide 7 weeks after your surgery. Your body is still healing and you do not want to cause irreparable damages. You are in a very delicate state of healing still and this is something that can cause stress on your muscles and tear your incision open. I do however say it's ok to travel. No lifting of heavy objects.. so please let someone help you with your suitcase or over head luggage on the plane. Hope that helps answer your question!
