Will nose swelling after smoking or drinking alcohol stop eventually?

My nose looks awful when i dont smoke, there is groove on one side where the skin sinks in the open roof and i have an uneven and bifid tip since my rhinoplasty. But when I smoke or drink my nose looks a lot better because there is some swelling. Will this happen for all my life or will at some point my nose stop swelling when i smoke or drink? I dont want my skin to shrink wrap even more and like it so much better with swelling that covers all the imperfctions..

If you have a bifid irregular nasal tip and other nasal irregularities that look better after your nose is swollen, Perhaps some microdroplet silicone 1000 treatments may be helpful for adding permanent volume to your nose that is likened to nasal swelling. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
