Nose got infected, tip lost projection and it's rounder, columella went inward and infratip got bigger. Can this improve?

First nose job 7 months ago. Nose got infected. Last month surgeon told me that due to the infection I lost what made my tip sharp. Now my thin skin is a little bit loose (lack of cartilage underneath). She won’t place graft on the tip arguing it is worthless. On my 1 year mark maybe she will inject some steroids. I’m worried about columella scar and infratip looks fat and round. She said she will place ear graft. I’m skeptical for this to turn out fine. Is my case actually simple to correct?
