You have not stated your age but you appear young. There are a few things to consider: 1. chin implant with long extensions done intra-orally so there is no scar, 2. mini facelift but it leaves a visible scar and you seem too young at this time and 3. lip lift, which does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

It is hard to give you opinion about chin implant due to limited photos without a profile view. However, if mild jowls are your major concern, liposuction with small cannula can take care of it. Good luck.

There are several options for you. (1) The right chin implant may help alot though we cannot see your side view in these photos. (2) Precision fat grafting or filler can blunt the jowls. (3) Facetite can be used to reduce the jowling as well.
