My best advice is that you discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in performing rhinoplasty. I would ask to see before and after pictures of their real patients. Hello,Thank you for your question. A physical examination by an experienced Board Certified plastic surgeon will provide best options for you. You may benefit from refinement of the tip to support and rotate your tip to avoid the droopyness. Alar plasty will fix alar flaring and asymmetries between the nostrils. Possible deviated septum can be treated at the same time. All these interventions can be perfomed with the Closed Approach without opening the nose.
