From the photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The bridge is a bit full, and the tip is long, droopy, and a bit wide. The bridge can be taken down, and the tip made smaller, shorter, and lifted up some. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
You have slight tip droopiness and bulbosity as well as slight asymmetry. I would recommend a rhinoplasty to reduce your dorsum for a supratip break and rotate and refine your tip and correct asymmetry.
Thank you for your question and photos. One of the main goals of rhinoplasty is to reshape the nose to create a more balanced, harmonious appearance that complements the rest of your facial features. If you’re unsure of what long-term changes you’d like to make, you may want to consider a liquid rhinoplasty to experiment with temporary changes to your nose’s appearance and determine whether or not rhinoplasty may be right for you. Please keep in mind that rhinoplasty is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you to help you decide on the best course of action.
Hello, and thank you for your question and pictures. It would be important for you to think about what troubles you about your nose. That is the best place to start. And, as always, it is easier to get a clear impression of your nasal shape in person. From what I can see in your pictures, shortening you nose a little to "raise" or rotate the tip up a small amount might be an option. And, possibly, a subtle reduction in size overall. These are typical goals for many rhinoplasties. Best of luck, and make sure that you get at least two opinions from surgeons with experience in these procedures.
I would not change anything on your nose. You look beautiful and it suits your face. If it is not bothering you then leave it alone. If it is bothering you then try to figure out what it is. It is very important that you have a clear idea of the change you want and communicate it to your surgeon in an effective way.Best RegardsDr. J
There is no doubt, based on these photos, that you are excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. In person consultation or, teleconference, with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in nose surgery, is recommended. Good luck.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide and slightly crooked nasal appearance with a droopy tip especially with smiling. If this is something that is bothering you, please visit several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you can see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I would support the nasal tip and rotate it slightly cephalically, deproject the nasal tip, refine the nasal tip, straighten the nose, and remove a hump if present which is not apparent from the photos you provided. Best to see a rhinoplasty expert in person. We see out of town patients on a regular basis and offer virtual consults as well.Best,Thomas Walker, MD, FACS470-900-3223@drthomaswalker
Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photos you provided I can say that your nose tip is down and the bridge seems like crooked to the one side. With the rhinoplasty surgery your nose can be looking more elegant. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!
Every nose is different and unique to that individual. If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed rhinoplasty. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an examination and discussion about desired outcome. Excellent results can be achieved with either a closed or open technique.Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on very limited photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, M.D., FACSLa Jolla, California

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos It seems like you do not have inverted v deformity. However, your surgeon can give you the most correct information about it. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!
