Is there anything I did to cause this Inverted V Deformity to form at 6 months? (Photo)

Question

I am 6 months out from a preservation rhinoplasty where my surgeon used fascia from my scalp to smooth out the contours of my nose. I am now beginning to see an inverted V deformity and my originial bumps showing through. Could I have caused this? I had multiple deaths in my family & cried & drank too much. I also used a supplement called Neprinol that I’m worried “ate” the fascia used to smooth my bumps. My doctor is so talented so I have to believe I caused this.

Nothing you have done has caused this.Your nose looks good.
All noses, even those that haven't had surgery, have a narrowing in an "inverted V" shape, where the bone becomes cartilage.In most cases, it can just be felt, not seen.In slim faces, there is less nasal skin fat, making it a bit visible, especially after Rhinoplasty. Look closely at lots of models' noses, especially the ones without makeovers and Photoshop, like Heidi Klum. 
Your nose looks fine. Don't look at your own nose so closely.

Since you have thin nasal skin, it is conceivable that some dorsal irregularities are becoming more visible as your swelling is continuing to resolve. In our experience, sometimes dorsal nasal irregularities may be permanently improved with microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections. It all depends on your examination. I hope this is helpful!
