Nothing you have done has caused this.Your nose looks good.
All noses, even those that haven't had surgery, have a narrowing in an "inverted V" shape, where the bone becomes cartilage.In most cases, it can just be felt, not seen.In slim faces, there is less nasal skin fat, making it a bit visible, especially after Rhinoplasty. Look closely at lots of models' noses, especially the ones without makeovers and Photoshop, like Heidi Klum.
Your nose looks fine. Don't look at your own nose so closely.

Since you have thin nasal skin, it is conceivable that some dorsal irregularities are becoming more visible as your swelling is continuing to resolve.
