Saddle nose and bulbous tip. What could be done to improve it? (Photo)

Hi, I underwent a septorhinoplasty and the surgeon lowered the bridge of my nose without my knowledge. He also shortened my nose and resected cartilage from the lower tip. The nose is now short, paradoxically wide despite narrowing the bridge with bulbous tip and unnatural round nostrils. I wonder what could be done to improve it. He also “doubled” my septum so it’s very hard and unpleasant. I am thinking about filler to the bridge to mask the tip but worry about its migration. Thoughts? Thanks!
