Hate revision rhinoplasty results, can't wait a year - what should I do? (photos)

Hi there! Sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your result. Although it's been 6 months, it really is recommended to wait at least 12 months in revision cases to ensure all swelling has subsided. By proceeding before that time, you may miss the full extent of the problem (or, address something too soon that might resolve on its own). During the waiting period, I have patients tape nightly, do compressions if needed for swollen areas, and inject steroid to help improve fullness. There are certainly ways to correct the problems with the tip structure and rotation, though patience at this point is key. Best of luck!
