I had primary rhinoplasty in 2009 and a the beginning I was happy with the results till the swelling subsided( about 2months). After that, I started noticing that the tip of my nose is boxy and instead of a round smooth curve, it has two corners. Now, after 13 yrs I am considering a revision to correct the tip. However, I dont know what should the surgeon exactly to correct the squary tip to a round tip without carving more of the tip cartillage.
