Hi there! It's hard to say if it's swelling. That would depend on how far along you are in your recovery process. Revision rhinoplasty swelling can take 8-12 months or longer to resolve. The columella may still need time to settle and create the infratip break. If no improvement is seen, there are definitely options to improve the look from a straight-line to something more smooth. I would revisit with your rhinoplasty surgeon as time and taping may be all that is needed. Best of luck!

Hi @Tia844. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your results.Having difficulty breathing and a pinched look can be due to that fact that too much cartilage was removed. If you are not happy in the next several months, I would consider a revision rhinoplasty at that point.
