You appear to have thin nasal skin which may show irregularities as your swelling reduces, and these tend to be cartilaginous irregularities. Hi @Tia844. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your results.Having difficulty breathing and a pinched look can be due to that fact that too much cartilage was removed. If you are not happy in the next several months, I would consider a revision rhinoplasty at that point.

Being that your surgery was only two months ago, you’re likely still experiencing some swelling that will significantly impact your ability to see your final result.
It's possible that your breathing difficulty is caused by an impaired nasal airway or sinus obstruction. Sleeping in a more upright position and using a humidifier may help alleviate some of these symptoms as you continue to heal and seek guidance. I recommend maintaining in-person contact with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who knows your surgical history and can address your concerns.

Hi Tia! Sorry that you're experiencing trouble with your rhinoplasty. At 2 months, it's very early in the healing process and much will continue to change (hopefully, in the right direction). Was the procedure performed open or closed? Sometimes, too much cartilage is removed leading to a pinched look and this can significantly affect breathing. Although it's difficult, continue follow-up with your surgeon as your nose heals. After 8-12 months, revisions can be considered. Best of luck to you!
