Tissue swelling or permanent scar tissue? Do I need a revision? (Photo)

I had my rhinoplasty just over 6 months ago. My nose tip is still bumpy but he said it’s soft tissue swelling. The swelling has persisted and now I’m scared I have scar tissue. Do I need a revision? I have attached a photo so you can see my nose tip

Hi @Tia844. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your results.Having difficulty breathing and a pinched look can be due to that fact that too much cartilage was removed. If you are not happy in the next several months, I would consider a revision rhinoplasty at that point.
