12 years ago I underwent a nose job in Beverly Hills I'm not happy with. uneven nostrils ne no shape! What procedure do u recommend that would give me the most symmetrical results? Would it be getting my right nostril higher an bigger or my left nostril lower and smaller ? Witch would b easier? How would u do it? Also I have no definition in between my nose tip and nostrils. I feel like a have Smurfette's nose and not Kim K's like I asked.

Hello !

Based on your pictures, it looks like you could benefit from a revision tip plasty. I think the best approach would be to correct your right nostril (which looks too small) to align it with the left one. It is also possible yo reshape the nose tip by refining and reconfiguring the cartilage edges and make it more defined.

It is best to consult with an expert in revision rhinoplasty for the best results as revisions are not easy surgeries.

If you're looking to avoid further surgery and just improve your nostril Asymmetry, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for lowering your left nostril which appears to be higher than your right. If you're looking for an overall smaller nasal appearance, revision rhinoplasty maybe necessary. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
