12 years ago I underwent a nose job in Beverly Hills I'm not happy with. uneven nostrils ne no shape! What procedure do u recommend that would give me the most symmetrical results? Would it be getting my right nostril higher an bigger or my left nostril lower and smaller ? Witch would b easier? How would u do it? Also I have no definition in between my nose tip and nostrils. I feel like a have Smurfette's nose and not Kim K's like I asked.
