Would skin graft be necessary? Had a surgery to correct a deviation. The surgeon decided to take out chunks of my columella and nasal dome against my wishes that my nostrils and nose tip remain unchanged. Now my nostrils are pinched inwards and aiming down and my nose tip is disproportioned in juxtaposition with my bridge. If I lift the tip of my nose with my finger, the tip becomes fuller and I can see my nostrils in the mirror and actually recognize myself, but it pulls my lip up too. Can surgery be done w/out causing that?
