I have rhinoplasty is February 2022. I was told by my doctor that I was healing and should wait for final results. Now, a year later my columella is still quite crooked. There is scar tissue in the top left tip (smaller/ appearing nostril) that I believe is what is causing some of the asymmetry… any thoughts on what should my next steps be? My doctor said a revision but I feel that I don’t trust him anymore.
