Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Hi Diligent,It sounds like you've already been through a lot trying to manage this! I see what you're referring to, and I don't think medspa treatments will offer too much improvement. It appears as if that scar tissue is tethered down, and the dynamic aspects of this part of the face are accentuating it. If I were consulting with you, I would recommend surgical intervention. It may be just a scar revision or revision rhinoplasty depending on your satisfaction with the rest of the nose, any breathing problems you might be experiencing (or lack thereof), and the approach of your previous surgeries.I wish you luck in your search for treatment!- Dr. Nik

There is no doubt that scar needs to be improved. Topical corticosterod injection, injection of nano fat grafts, deep scar release or combination of these should be considered. Good luck.
