I had a rhinoplasty in 2020 and the crease didn’t heal correctly so my surgeon recommended scar revision. The revision healed poorly and now I’m left with a keloid looking scar in the crease and pulling when I smile like in the photo. I’ve had dermabrasion and co2 laser with no help to the area. What can I do for this? Would a revision rhinoplasty help or should I have another scar revision? Thank you.
