I underwent a septorhinoplasty a while ago to fix my broken nose and deviated septum. I also had a turbinate reduction. However my nose still looks dented in on the left side and I'm still having issues breathing out of that side. The nasal bone is straighter than it was but the middle (from what I read, the upper lateral cartilage) still looks crooked/collapsed. I don't want it fixed but I don't want to go through another surgery and it still looks/functions the same. What should I do?
