6 months post-op - What is this permanent bruising after revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty 6 months ago. The bridge of my nose has a permanent discoloration/bruise on it. My doctor initially tried filler to correct it, but it only looks worse. How can this be corrected? Thank you in advance for your advice.

Thank you for your query. It appears you have staining of your skin following the rhinoplasty procedure. The best treatment at this stage may be to have laser therapy  for improving the staining. Please discuss your options with your Plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with your concerns. All the best!
