I had a revision rhinoplasty 6 months ago. The bridge of my nose has a permanent discoloration/bruise on it. My doctor initially tried filler to correct it, but it only looks worse. How can this be corrected? Thank you in advance for your advice.

Thanks for asking this question. If your goal is to improve the stepoff between columella skin and nostril, it would require making an incision again and reapproximating the skin edges better. Some skin would be trimmed to make the incision even. I recommend you seek another opinion...
