6 months post-op - What is this permanent bruising after revision rhinoplasty? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty 6 months ago. The bridge of my nose has a permanent discoloration/bruise on it. My doctor initially tried filler to correct it, but it only looks worse. How can this be corrected? Thank you in advance for your advice.
