I got a revision rhinoplasty almost 7 months ago. The doctor placed a cartilage graft in the tip, but my nose looks EXACTLY the same. The picture (wearing eyeliner) is November 1, 2020. I had surgery on December 1, 2020. The doctor said she was placing the graft in to keep my nose straight because my columnella was hooking sideways. I wanted an overall smaller nose and no hanging columnella. Nothing drastic. Will I need a revision? I can’t see my nose getting much smaller.
