Is this nose shape achievable to get back and if so, what's the process like? (Photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. It's a little hard to determine from the limited views provided. Although, it appears you may have some slight over-resection of the dorsum, or bridge, of the nose and a slight open roof deformity from insufficient osteotomies, or nasal fractures created during surgery. These are common reasons why a patient might consider revision surgery. In general, improving these issues involves placing a graft (cartilage from the ear, rib or a donor) over the bridge of the nose and, usually, repeated the osteotomies, or fractures. Keep in mind that revision surgery is generally not considered or performed until at least one year after the primary rhinoplasty surgery. Some of these issues may improve over time. Occasionally, nonsurgical fillers can yield some improvement. But, this is off label and only used in select cases. I hope you find this information on revision rhinoplasty helpful.
