Is extra bone/cartilage on side of nose worth a full revision?

Ent Dr (board plastics also) is planning on doing a revision under a open procedure. He said he is unable to rasp under local anesthesia in office. Based on the pictures, aesthetically is it worth fixing this small abnormally and what kind of results would one expect?
