You can absolutely get the nose that you were hoping to achieve with a revision rhinoplasty. In short, you will need cartilage and for grafting. I would suggest a dorsal onlay graft with diced cartilage wrapped in temporalis fascia and a septal extension graft to de rotate your tip, narrow your tip and create some columella show. Cartilage can come from septum, rib, or cadaver rib ( also a good choice)
