These are including structural issues as well as issues with the mucosa that can be caused by allergies, nasal sprays, or other factors. For this reason, an in-person examination is needed to determine the cause of the nasal obstruction. I recommend consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
